We having been using the service for our spa from Mike for about 8 years (our spa was purchased at his previous work place) I have never had anything but great service, prompt and professional. I called with a problem on a Sunday at 4pm Mike was at our house in Denmark, Maine in less than an hour because he knew we lived out of state. I'm sure you'd be hard pressed to find a response time like that elsewhere.
